Welcome to Gazal Rice. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Gazal Rice (hereinafter referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our business—whether by placing an order, visiting our premises, contacting us, or using our services—you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Operations

Gazal Rice is engaged in the processing, packaging, distribution, and sale of premium rice products. These Terms apply to all transactions, inquiries, and interactions between the Company and its customers, vendors, and business partners.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed with Gazal Rice are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Order confirmation, whether verbal or written, constitutes acceptance of the order subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of products purchased per customer.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed-upon price.
Payment terms shall be as agreed upon in the invoice or purchase agreement. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cheque, and other mutually agreed methods.
Late payments may incur interest charges at applicable rates and may result in suspension of further deliveries.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed unless a firm commitment is provided in writing.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the designated shipping address.
Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions) shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

5. Inspection and Claims

Upon receipt of goods, the buyer shall inspect the products immediately.
Any claims regarding quantity discrepancies, damage, or quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Failure to notify within this period shall constitute acceptance of the goods.
For any valid claims, at our discretion, we may provide replacement, credit, or refund.

6. Quality and Product Specifications

Gazal Rice strives to maintain consistent quality standards. Product specifications (including grade, variety, and packaging) are as described in the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to make minor variations in packaging or specifications without prior notice, provided the core quality and quantity remain consistent with the order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted after delivery except in cases of verified quality defects or transit damage.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days of approval using the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Gazal Rice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the sale of products shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the specific product in question.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure arises from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, government regulations, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with Gazal Rice are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any transactions between Gazal Rice and the customer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnal, Haryana.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
