Indian Vegetable Pulav Biryani Made Using Basmati Rice Served Terracotta Bowl

Vegetable pulao is a lighter alternative to biryani, packed with fresh vegetables and mild spices. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. Sauté onions until soft, then add ginger-garlic paste.

Add mixed vegetables like carrots, beans, peas, and potatoes. Stir for a few minutes. Add turmeric, garam masala, and salt.

Add soaked Gazal Rice and mix gently. Pour water (about 2 cups for 1 cup Gazal Rice) and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat until rice is fully done.

Fluff with a fork and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with raita or pickle.

This dish is simple, nutritious, and perfect for quick meals. Using Gazal Rice enhances both taste and presentation with its long, aromatic grains.
